The service has been disappointing. Twice now, I have been charged for items I never ordered. The staff did not verify the order before billing, and I had to pay for extra items. Though they refunded the amount when I pointed it out, this should not be happening in the first place. Please improve your billing process to ensure accuracy and avoid such mistakes. They have the best ice cream sundaes, can never be disappointed here! Worth trying the cookie man or chocolate man for kids! Their tiramisu and brownie ice cream is also great! Good ambiance and very good taste for sure worth the money! Weekends are a bit crowded but definitely worth it!
