Very Disappointing Experience I visited Polar Bear today and ordered 3 items, but due to a sale, the place was overcrowded. I went in at 8:50 PM and didn’t leave until 10:50 PM. The wait was exhausting. Even though there were many staff members, most seemed unbothered and unorganized. With only one branch, better planning was expected. The AC wasn’t working, the doors were closed, and it was extremely hot inside.

Disappointed and Frustrated! I visited Polar Bear today and had a terrible experience. I ordered 3 items, but because there was a sale, the place was completely overcrowded. I went in at 8:50 PM and didn’t get out until 10:50 PM — two full hours of waiting! Despite having many staff members, hardly anyone seemed to be doing their job properly. There was no proper system, no urgency, and no management. The entire situation could’ve been handled better, especially since there’s only one branch — the staff should’ve been well-prepared for a crowd. To make things worse, the AC wasn’t working, and the doors were shut, making it unbearably hot inside. The overall environment was chaotic and uncomfortable. The only positive part was one girl who stood out — she was polite, responsive, and actually trying to help. She truly deserves to be a manager. I just wish I had caught her name. Also, I couldn’t even get a refund despite the poor service. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit, and I won’t be coming back
