I recently visited Polar Bear in Basavanagudi, The place has a really chill vibe, and the staff was super friendly, taking the time to recommend some of their bestsellers. I also loved how they have such a variety of flavors. Tried tiramisu, tress leech, and their signature dbc.

Update: The store is renewed and the dine in experience was good, ambience and service has improved and my rating for the outlet has been positively changed. In frame brownie fudge sundae, the hot chocolate could have been actually hot instead of warm though. Taste, presentation and quantity along with quality is as good as any other polar bear experience. Old review: I have different experience with different outlets of polar bear. This particular outlet in my experience skimps on quantity and the packaging for take away is below average. Over all a neutral rating for this franchise. I have had better experience at other outlets.

The new ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. It had old set up early... The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, ensuring a delightful experience. The newly introduced flavors are truly impressive, offering a unique and refreshing twist that enhances the overall enjoyment. Very good quality of Ice cream here and too good DBC must try
