Listen !! I made a pre-booking from zomato district app at 1.20pm for 2pm slot and went there at 1.20pm (30-40mins prior to my booking) and i went at the counter at around 1.40pm , firstly when i told the cashier that i will pay by zomato app , he told that “pata nahi hamara zomato chalta nahi , paisey pata nahi kahan chley jate hain” i said okay you start preparing the food and i will pay afterwards then he said , “apki booking 2 bje ki hai toh apka order place 2 bje hi hoga “ like wth , i am living in CHD since 2021 ,atleast i have not seen any restaurants “not taking orders before the alloted time” and then the cashier and me got involved into a verbal dispute . He said to wait for another 20 minutes and gave me a handful of reasons to leave this place as soon as possible . Worst experience ever. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in
