I recently visited Pohewala, Sadar, Nagpur and ordered poha and coffee, but the experience was quite disappointing. The poha taste was not at all like authentic Nagpuri poha. As locals, we expect a certain flavor, freshness, and balance of spices — unfortunately, it didn’t match the standard of Nagpur’s famous poha. The coffee was also poorly prepared. It had very less sugar, and when I requested them to add a little more, the staff replied that “it’s enough”, which felt unprofessional and dismissive of customer preference. Overall, the quality and service both need improvement. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on taste consistency and better service.
