Visited Pohewala café recently with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service is extremely slow — even after placing the order, there was a long wait with no proper update or follow-up from the staff. It felt like customer service was not a priority here. The food itself was decent once it finally arrived, but the delay really took away from the overall experience. A café should be about both taste and timely service — sadly, Pohewala is missing the second part. Hope they improve their responsiveness and value customers’ time better in the future.
