Placed an order today but they took forever to prepare. Was in touch with Swiggy delivery executive multiple times and he said he was waiting since 1 hour and preparation didn't start neither they were informing him how much time it will take. I had to cancel the order ultimately after waiting for 1.5 hours. Horrible and pathetic services by such a brand name. Your food will only be delivered in poems here, not in real.
