Having seen Gandhi Chowk Street, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. All the guests adore the menu that offers great Indian cuisine at Hotel Pleasant Haveli. It's worth visiting this place for good paneer, bhaji and omelettes. Come here for tasty pancakes and perfectly cooked gulab jamun if you are hungry. Check out delicious beer, Sangria or wine. Great coffee, masala chai or lassi will make your meal better and you'll surely come back.

During our 2-week trip to Rajasthan, this hotel was by far the best. Besides being beautiful, well-located, and impeccably maintained, Ishware and his team welcomed us warmly with top-notch service. Charming hotel located in the center of Jaisalmer, in the style of the city's typical haveli, in ocher stone. The terrace restaurant has a panoramic view of the ramparts of the upper town. Hotel Pleasant Haveli stands as a distinguished lodging option in Jaisalmer, boasting an ornate facade complemented by attractive interiors. The establishment radiates charm, adorned with well-preserved antique pieces throughout its premises. Guests can expect a swift check-in process and immaculate rooms. It is important to note that access to the rooms and restaurant is exclusively via staircase, but the attentive hotel staff are readily available to assist with luggage transportation to your room. The room was well-appointed with an air conditioner, heater, refrigerator, and a kettle accompanied by coffee and tea sachets. The bed provided comfort, and the room’s cleanliness and maintenance were of a high standard. The bathroom was tidy, featuring a separate shower cubicle and a 24-hour supply of hot water. A small suggestion for improvement would be to provide liquid handwash at the washbasin to enhance hygiene. A standout feature of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant, which offers panoramic views of the Jaisalmer Fort and the cityscape. The food, prepared fresh upon order, was delightful across all meals—lunch, dinner, and the included breakfast, with each dish proving to be very satisfying. I extend my special gratitude to Eshwar, whose exceptional assistance and unwavering politeness greatly contributed to the comfort of our stay. His ever-present smile was much appreciated. In the evenings, the rooftop restaurant transforms into a mesmerizing spot, showcasing the illuminated fort and the vibrant city below. This hotel has surpassed our expectations and merits a five-star rating in every category. It comes highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaisalmer.
