The Plaza Premium Lounge in New Delhi's Terminal 2 Domestic Departures is a compact and convenient place to spend some time before your flight. It has a courteous staff, proper COVID-19 protocols, and food served at the seats. However, it is very small in size and can only accommodate around 30 people at once. This means that there is often a long queue outside and limited menu options. The food quality is average, with a focus on South Indian breakfast items. Unfortunately, they do not accept HDFC Regalia Credit cards, and the public WiFi is unsecured. Thankfully, there are helpful staff members like Rabnoor, Anand, and Karishma who are quick to provide assistance. Unfortunately, there are no recliners for those travelling at night, and no alcoholic drinks are available. All in all, this lounge is best suited for those looking for a quick bite to eat or a place to relax for an hour or two.
