This is my third visit to this restaurant. My kids will be always excited to visit this restaurant. But, this time service is not at all good and also no AC where I seated. I sat in the Thiruvananthapuram station where no AC at all. When I asked for the seat change no one reply properly. Even normal water took 20mins that too after asking multiple times. Lost its credibility. My whole family suffered a lot with service. Just the time difference between starters and main course was more than 45mins. One water bottle price was Rs.120. Entire time they were trying to make me buy water bottle Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chicken Lollipop Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Very bad experience, they do not know how to manage the crowd. Had to wait for hours even though we had booked a table week before. Food is average.
