I ordered a Butterscotch Falooda through Swiggy expecting a proper falooda with the usual ingredients like cut fruits, vermicelli, basil seeds, and layered textures. However, what I received was nothing close to a falooda — it was simply a butterscotch milkshake with a scoop of ice cream on top. There were no fruits, no falooda components, and no effort to match what was advertised. This is very disappointing and misleading. When customers order a falooda, they expect a specific preparation, not a basic shake presented differently. It was late at night, otherwise I would have returned this immediately. I strongly urge the restaurant to be honest in their menu descriptions and maintain basic quality standards. Would not recommend ordering falooda from here unless this issue is addressed.
