First and foremost, let's talk about the crust. I'm not sure if it was made from cardboard or sawdust, but it certainly tasted like it. The crust was dry, flavorless, and lacked any hint of that desirable chewiness. It was as if I was chewing on a stale cracker instead of savoring a delicious slice of pizza. I would have appreciated some effort in the dough-making process, but it seemed like they couldn't be bothered.
