Wish I could give minus rating for this bakery. Placed an order for 1kg customised cake and prepaid via Paytm. On the day of delivery, the store didn't answer calls as it was supposed to be picked up by us at 10 and we reached there by 10:45 and to our surprise it was closed. Tried calling from different nos and they didn't choose to respond. Waited for 3 hours and finally bought another cake from a bakery nearby Pizzano and returned. The pathetic service doesn't end here. When contacted again in evening and asked for refund, we're blamed for not coming and picking up the order. We shared call log and WhatsApp chats that store was not responding and after an argument of half an hour, was told that amount will be refunded within 24 hrs and then at 10 in the night, Mr Jai Kumar calls again to start the blame game. Unable to understand if they can call at 10 in the night to blame us again then why their "customer centric" staff couldn't coordinate the early morning delivery.
Worst experience of my life. Wont even recommend in my worst of nightmares. Just enjoying their so called reputation on customer's money
