I have been a regular at Pizza Express and was delighted when it opened in Skycity mall. My complain from pizza express have always been with their service for Oberoi mall as well as Skycity mall outlet. It literally took them 45 mins to serve us an Margerita Pizza which was cold not sliced properly, and that too whe there were hardly 7customers in the outlet. Then the classic wait for getting your bill atleast have to call the staff for 3-4 times before they will get you their bill. Please improve your service and train your staff and the new thing is which the staff has started doing of making us fill review and waiting till we fill it post paying bill seems too much.

I recently, visited PizzaExpress – Sky City Mall, Borivali and honestly, my experience was really good. The pizza quality was awesome fresh, perfectly baked, and full of flavour. You can clearly feel the quality in the crust and toppings, which made the whole meal very satisfying. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more pleasant. On top of that, the vibe of the place inside Sky City Mall, Borivali felt quite aesthetic and relaxed a nice spot to sit and enjoy your food. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience for me. Rating: 8/10. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
