I had a pretty disappointing experience here. We waited over 45 minutes just to get our food, and most of the ACs were off, so it was uncomfortably hot. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming either, which added to the overall negative vibe. Definitely think there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of service and atmosphere. Worst experience at Pizza Hut. Full of mosquito's in the dining area. Food was not tasty at all. Even the basic french fries tasted so blant. Staffs were unbothered by customers compliant. They took like 1 hour for a pasta I ordered. I hated each second of it there. Don't go there peeps. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sub standard worst hygiene practices. The outlet is full of mosquitos. The mosquito enters from nearby trench. Also when raised this complaint to their store manager, they are least bothered even to clean the plates from nearby tables. Food quality also very very average. Better to choose pizza from other outlets. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
