Disappointing Experience at Pizza Ricotta, Lulu Mall Thiruvananthapuram I visited Pizza Ricotta at 12:30 PM, but was told by the counter staff that they were on a break. I returned at 1:40 PM and asked again, but she informed me that they were still on break. When I asked the counter staff when the break would end, she replied that she didn't know. I was a bit disappointed with the service. What made it even more disappointing was that it was Women's Day and I was excited to redeem the 50% offer. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service. Service: 1
