Being in Hyderabad for several months I tried the famous Hyderabadi biriyani today. But as of my expectations the biriyani wasn't that much delicious. May be I choose a bad day for it, but it was my first time to take the experience which wasn't came out really well, the rice was overcooked and soggy. Chicken pieces were decent and flavourful, it more tested of good curd and saffron and ghee which was suppressed by the above two. Anyways I heard about paradise for a reason so had to try out but as a Bengali if I could differentiate it with another so the kolkata style biriyani would be the best. But as I say it may be not a great day to choose, surely will try again to get it's better version, also kolkata style or the hyderabadi both are different type of art which can't be compared. Yesterday evening, I ordered a Chicken Keema Rice Bowl along with a Coke in Swiggy, but I received a Thums up. I mean, who the F packed my delivery? Are they uneducated? They don't know the difference between A Coke and Thumsup. I don't like Thums up at all what should I do with it now? I'm pretty upset about your service. If there was less than 1 ratin , I would like to give

Today I went to paradise in the morning @11am, they said will prepare kabab in 7 mins, but toool 22 mins to deliver it to me

Setting wrong expectations, I was really pissed off with this experience, wrote on the feedback book as well and not sure if someone will look into that and that's y writing this

Worst experience, if u cannot fulfil the promise, don't setup expectations ..again they will say world famous biryani ...such a pathetic experience I don't know how it will become world's famous with this kind of stupid service
