Upon reviewing your order, we identified the following: Packaging Issue: We are very sorry that the ice cream arrived melted. This was due to improper packaging, which should have been better managed for cold items. We’re addressing this internally to improve our packing processes moving forward. Delivery Delay: We understand the inconvenience caused by the 2-hour delay. This was further compounded by an unexpected system crash, which affected our order management and led to the mishandling of your delivery. Please rest assured that we are working hard to prevent such issues from happening again. We’ve been attempting to reach you directly to resolve this issue, but we’ve been unable to make contact. Visited Pizza Merrano last Sunday and had a great dine-in experience.Ambience:The place has a cozy and clean setup — perfect for casual dining. The lighting and seating were comfortable, and the vibe was relaxed.Food:The pizzas were fresh, with a nice balance of toppings and cheese. The crust was just right — not too thick or too thin. They clearly use quality ingredients, and everything was served hot and fresh.Service:The staff was polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. Service was quick, which added to the positive experience.Overall:It is a solid place to enjoy good pizzas and Burgers in Hinjewadi. Would definitely recommend trying it if you're in the area!Rating: (4/5)
