I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Inn. We placed our order and waited patiently for over an hour, only to see two different customers — who arrived after us — receive their food before we did. It’s extremely frustrating and unfair to be overlooked like this. The staff showed no urgency or proper communication, and there was a complete lack of coordination in managing orders. Such poor service is unacceptable, especially when customers are respectful and willing to wait. This experience has seriously impacted our impression of the restaurant, and we are unlikely to return or recommend it to others unless improvements are made in handling customer orders and service.
