Extremely disappointed with the service at Pizza Hut, especially due to the behavior of the manager, Archana Jadhav. She was arrogant, rude, and dismissive. Despite clearly repeating the order multiple times, it was placed incorrectly, and instead of accepting the mistake, she blamed the customer and provided misinformation. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It felt like she wasn’t even listening properly. This kind of behavior ruins the entire experience. Honestly, someone like her should not be managing an outlet — a replacement is long overdue. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
