Good experience...Staff all are excellent Expessically Yadhu pradeep ... He is good man ....Coordinating other staff and going on a good track .. Had the pleasure of trying two different types of pizzas.. the flavour were absolutely delicious , And the overall atmosphere was very good and aesthetic .. My family loves Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut pizzas are too good. I usually order take way from this outlet. Their crusts are soft when compared to Dominos (dry crust). Even though the pizzas are awesome, I gave a 3 rating because of the staff. They never greet the customers, not even a 'Hi'. On my last visit, I asked the counter staff about the new items on the menu, he did not have much knowledge of the new items. When I ask for the bill, they curtly say it will come to my mobile phone as SMS. But they never take my mobile number while placing my order. I have to ask them to give a print out of the bill. Air conditioners are usually off or set at the highest temperature setting to save on electricity bills. All this can make customers feel unwelcome. Its not only the good food that count, good service and attitude counts as well.
