Very poor service and arrogant behaviour. I have ordered something and paid. Within 1 min I asked them to change the pizza and was ready to pay the diff amount. But they did not listen and denied. This will be last visit to pizza hut. I recommend everyone to go to dominos instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this Pizza Hut yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff seemed more engaged in their own conversations rather than attending to customers. One staff member approached me and asked me to open the review link, then took my phone and gave a 5-star rating along with a positive review without my consent. Moreover, there was no air conditioning inside, making it uncomfortable to dine in. The service was poor, with little attention given to customers unless they were purchasing expensive items. It felt like their main priority was getting good reviews rather than providing quality service. I would not recommend visiting this outlet, as they seem more focused on business and ratings rather than customer satisfaction.
