I Visited the store by syndicate circle manipal, during lunch hours .. we ordered for our food and sat and waited suddenly I recall even after getting the cheapest pizza our bill amount was 300 . So i was like show me the bill to my surprise they didn't even give any bill . Then I asked them for the bill first they hesitated and said we added a corn by Mistake and they said it themselves even without looking at the bill ( which proves it was on purpose) . And then they started saying sorry and said we would refund after i saw the bill . If this is happening in such a renowned food chain worldwide( Pizza Hut) idk if we can trust the employees they are hiring or the service they offer anymore . Not receiving the bill was already their first mistake and wrong products added up to it . I have a picture of the bill as well of my gpay and the cash they refunded . 0 star for hospitality and would have to wonder before stepping here again . It was a female stall at the billing and neither of the in store ac were on . Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
