I am lunch from Pizza Hut adajan last month's and made the payment. The cashier said that Sir, the payment has not come. When it was deducted from my account, then he said that Sir, your payment will be returned in 5 minutes, you will have to make another payment. Then I made the second payment. After waiting for 5 minutes, the money did not come. It was closing time, so we left from there. Then called next day. I said that Sir, the payment has not come yet, then he told me that Sir, it is Saturday, so I office people will not come today, your payment will be returned on Monday. Then I visited the physical shop on Monday and spoke to the manager , he told me that Sir, I have confirmed that your payment has been deducted twice. I sent the mail. I have sent it to them that your money will be returned, but till now the money has not been returned and on calling them again and again they keep saying that sir your money will be gone, it will happen, it will be returned, the money is not being returned, manager not available in store everytime,last month's visit store I am shock, manager will by chance, he said I am not responsible that,I am new, please do not come again.manager toking like is, money go not important and my pizza Hut very bad experience and not do again. Food was good but management not Vell,,, Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
