I visited your Pizza Hut branch in Sri Ganganagar at 9:37 PM on 03092025 and asked to place an order for pizza. Your staff replied that pizza would not be available as the base had finished. When I asked about the branch timings, they informed me that the outlet remains open until 11 PM. If there are no pizza bases available to serve customers, then the outlet should close the shutter instead of keeping it open. A customer who visits should be provided with the service they came for. This was very disappointing and reflects poor service at your Sri Ganganagar branch They have denied accepting the order and we don't know Y such kind of lackluster behaviour from your staff
