Dear Pizza Hut Team, I recently visited your Purnia outlet and was quite disappointed with the overall arrangement and cleanliness. 1. Unclean dining area: Many tables were left uncleared for a long time, with used plates, cups, and food waste scattered around. This not only looked unhygienic but also made it uncomfortable for customers to find a clean place to sit. 2. Poor table service: There seemed to be no timely cleaning or monitoring of the seating area, even when multiple staff members were available at the counter. 3. Crowded and unorganized counter area: The order counter was overcrowded without any proper queue system, leading to confusion and inconvenience for customers. 4. Overall maintenance: The floor was dirty in several places, and the overall ambiance felt neglected compared to Pizza Hut’s usual standards. Pizza Hut is known for its quality and customer experience, but this branch fell far short of expectations. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness, seating arrangements, and crowd handling so that customers can enjoy their visit in a comfortable and hygienic environment.
