I recently had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. My order was not delivered on time, which was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful and unsupportive when I reached out to address the issue. It seems like there is a complete lack of management and organization, as no one took responsibility or offered a solution. On top of everything, they couldn’t even provide me with a proper bill for my order, which is unacceptable. Overall, the service was poor, and I am highly dissatisfied with my experience.
