I often visits here but for the past few months nts i’m recieving very bad customer service at this centre.There were a couple of good staffs at the shop but now the staffs behave very badly to the customers Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered 2 chicken supreme and one margarita pizza large and small sizes. And this is how it came, burned out and hard crust. It doesn’t taste good as wellplease don’t ruin your brand value!!! This is not what we expect from Pizza Hut. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Visited the Pizza Hut outlet in Perumbavoor recently, and while the food lived up to expectations, the overall experience had a few drawbacks. The location of the store is in an extremely congested area with heavy traffic, which makes access a bit stressful. Parking is another concern — there's barely enough space to tightly fit two cars in front of the outlet, and no dedicated parking lot is available. Surprisingly, when we visited, the place was empty with no other customers. On the plus side, the food was great — pizzas were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, just as you’d expect from a trusted brand like Pizza Hut. However, the dine-in service could definitely be improved. We weren’t provided with basic essentials like plates, tissues, or cutlery unless requested, which was a bit disappointing. For a dine-in experience, a little more attention to these small details would go a long way. Overall, it’s a good place to grab a quick bite if you’re a Pizza Hut fan, but be prepared for parking hassles and minimal dine-in service. Ideal for takeaway or delivery unless you’re comfortable with a no-frills dine-in setup.
