Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a misleading experience I recently had at your Panjim outlet. Earlier in the day, on [24/10/2025(Friday)], I called your team to confirm details about the Friday offer — ₹300 for unlimited Coke, pan pizza, and garlic bread. I was informed over the phone that this offer was indeed available. Based on that confirmation, my friends and I traveled from Mapusa to Panjim specifically to enjoy this offer. However, upon arriving at the Panjim outlet in the evening, the staff informed us that the offer was not available. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially since we had confirmed the details in advance and traveled a considerable distance solely for this reason. Such miscommunication reflects poorly on the brand and causes unnecessary inconvenience to customers. I kindly request that you look into this matter, ensure your staff provides consistent and accurate information, and consider providing a suitable compensation or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused. Service is late we took we took 299 Friday unlimited offer but they give only 2 pizza types options to choose. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹400–600
