Dear Pizza Hut Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the recent order from Swiggy, which was supposed to be a Veg Margherita Cheese pizza. Despite having the Swiggy app set to veg mode by default, a non-veg pizza was delivered to our home. This wasn't just any ordinary mistake - it was New Year's Day, and my father-in-law was fasting for Sabarimala. Needless to say, we couldn't eat the pizza, and it went to waste. What's worse is that no replacements were provided. As a pure vegetarian family, we expect a certain level of care and attention to detail, especially when it comes to our dietary preferences. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of our expectations. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution. A big NO for Vegetarian Options in this shop. Below are the screenshot of the order and the food which got delivered.
