On 12.07.25 evening around 8.20pm, we had the worst experience at pizza hut venu mall, nizamabad. They made a tasteless large veg pizza and no quality standards. Unprofessional staff. Even 1 star for them is a huge. I visited pizza hut outlets in hyd and dubai, they were best there but nzb is the worst for wasting the money!! I never visit this place again in venu mall. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sweating in the store .. Ac not working And pasta was dry uncooked, he was adding toppings with his bare hands not using gloves.. he was touching all around and again adding the toppings soo unhygienic.. @owner kindly take action on him Service: Dine in Food: 2 Atmosphere: 1
