Service is very bad there. Employee behaviour isn't polite. Taking much time to serve. Pizza hut taste is better that's why i visited here again but they disappointed again like they have no few topping or sauce which we want so we have to change our menu, after that not each topping serve on with pizza. So basically if the outlet doesn't earn good then close it or run it properly . After three time asking they switched on AC. After this second time experince we decided to not visit here again . Worst Experience.Especially the staff member Ajit misbehaved with us. I ordered a huge meal, and also ordered a cheese dip. He gave us jalepano dip instead. When we confronted him he very rudely said "bhai tujhe dikha ke diya thha". He started abusing and when I started recording him, he got scared and said "bhai meri galti hai maaf kar". Pathetic. And the most important thing even the washroom was locked and when I asked I want to go the washroom, the same person Ajit said "chale ja yahan se". Even we were not served properly and not given the bill until we repeatedly asked for the same. Never visit here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pizza Hut – Nangia Park Chowk, Shakti Nagar, New Delhi I recently visited the Pizza Hut outlet at No. 29/6 Nangia Park Chowk, Shakti Nagar (postcode 110007) — a pretty centralized location right off GT Karnal Road, tucked into the local shopping‑market area of Shakti Nagar . Location & Access • Easy to find if you’re familiar with Nangia Park. Visible signage, just beside the chowk near Delhi University’s North Campus suburbs (). • Parking: Limited but doable—street parking around the chowk; not much dedicated space. Better to come via metro (GTB or Kamla Nagar) or use a bike/two‑wheeler. What We Ate & Food Quality We tried a streak of classics and new twists: • Bold BBQ Veggies and Chicken Pepperoni (medium) — generous cheese, solid toppings, cooked evenly . • Margherita, Schezwan Margherita, and Tandoori Paneer — tasty regional-flavoured options with vibrant spices, paneer cubes, sweet corn and capsicum mix . • Garlic bread — cheesy and onion‑topped, with a green‑chilli kick. Staff friendly, and service was prompt without too much wait . Overall, pizzas had that familiar Pizza Hut pan‑crust texture and a comforting cheesy pull. Preparation felt consistent and fresh in‑house—no soggy bases, crusts were crisp-edged. Ambience & Service • The outlet is spacious for a local Pizza Hut — seats around 30‑40 people comfortably. Clean and well-lit with family-style tables . • Staff were polite and attentive—took orders efficiently and recommended toppings. No blatant mix-ups with size or toppings. • Although delivery/takeaway isn’t available from this outlet, dine‑in service was smooth . Price & Value • Mains fall in the ₹175–₹300‑range for most pizzas (medium), with garlic breads and pastas around ₹150–₹200 depending on combo deals — seems fair for the portion and taste. • Offers appeared limited (no national deals visible at that branch at the time) . • Slightly higher price tag compared to local shops—but what you lose in savings, you gain in hygiene and ambience. Minor Drawbacks • No delivery or takeaway, so if you’re craving Pizza Hut to go—you’d have to order from another branch or head here in person (). • Parking constraints may be a hassle during evening peak hours. • A few online reviews and Reddit users mention inconsistencies at other branches—like sparse toppings, soggy bases or mayo-heavy garlic bread ()—but nothing of that sort at this Shakti Nagar outlet. Final Take If you’re in Shakti Nagar or around North Campus and looking for a safe, clean spot for pizza-on-premise, this Pizza Hut at Nangia Park is reliable. Great crust, solid cheese‑pull, friendly staff and reasonable ambiance make it a comfortable spot to hang out or have a quick bite. Just don’t count on delivery or parking space—best to walk in or scoot on a bike. Recommended for: dine‑in pizza lovers who don’t mind paying a little extra for consistency and cleanliness. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Try their Garlic bread Veggie Supreme for sure. Dietary restrictions: None
