it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. They were attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. As for the pizza, absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy yet soft on the inside, and the sauce was flavorful, not too tangy but with just the right amount of seasoning. The toppings were fresh and generous, and you could tell the ingredients were of high quality, and it was a flavor explosion in every bite. The worst service was that 40 minutes after ordering a girl named Shital called me and told me that delivery cannot be done in my area while my house is within 5km, and when I asked for the answer she disconnected the call and was not receiving the call, then when I called from another number she received it and disconnected it without answering. Very unprofessional team. If there was any problem with the delivery then why should not have said anything when I got the confirmation call , really very third class service which I experienced for the first time. Terrible experience at Pizza Hut outlet, sector 35. The AC was off, and despite multiple requests, the staff ignored the issue and falsely claimed it was on. The place was unbearably hot, making dining extremely uncomfortable. If customer comfort isn’t a priority, why should we return? Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
