My pizza came like this . When I order this from Zomato . This is my bill. I came to know after having one slice that it was cooked with plastic . Grt . This is the most worst pizza service , and cooked badly . I highly recommend people to check before you enter this pizza hut . As they are backing plastic with their pizza . And when I’m trying call them there numbers are switched off. Food: 1 Service: 1

I recently visited a Pizza Hut outlet and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, lacking basic customer service etiquette. The service was incredibly slow, making the dining experience frustrating. To make matters worse, the quality of the food has significantly declined compared to my previous visits. The pizza tasted far worse than before, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioning was abruptly turned off during our visit. When we politely requested to have it turned back on, our request was denied without any valid reason. Overall, the poor service, declining food quality, and uncomfortable dining environment made this visit highly unsatisfactory. I hope Pizza Hut takes serious action to improve its customer service and maintain the food standards that once made it a preferred choice.
