I recently visited a Pizza Hut outlet and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, lacking basic customer service etiquette. The service was incredibly slow, making the dining experience frustrating. To make matters worse, the quality of the food has significantly declined compared to my previous visits. The pizza tasted far worse than before, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioning was abruptly turned off during our visit. When we politely requested to have it turned back on, our request was denied without any valid reason. Overall, the poor service, declining food quality, and uncomfortable dining environment made this visit highly unsatisfactory. I hope Pizza Hut takes serious action to improve its customer service and maintain the food standards that once made it a preferred choice. I have given 5 stars only for the behavior of the delivery boy... but this delivery was 20 minutes late
