The taste was very tangy, just like tomato ketchup. I ordered Schezwan spicy, but it wasn’t even 1% spicy. Overall, it was only tangy. Out of 10, I would rate it 1, as we ended up throwing away half of it

Extremely Disappointed with Multiple Pizza Hut Outlets – Needs Serious Attention! We've visited several Pizza Hut outlets across Mumbai — Khar West, Bandra West, Andheri East (Chakala), and Jogeshwari West — and sadly, the experience has been consistently pathetic and disappointing, especially when it comes to hygiene, service, and food quality. Our Recent Visit to Jogeshwari West Outlet – A Nightmare This visit was the worst of all. There was only one staff member (Kshitij) present, trying to handle everything alone — taking orders, preparing food, and serving. This is completely unacceptable for a reputed food chain. Hygiene? Not Even Worth a Zero! Mosquitoes all around the outlet Filthy, unbearable washroom — made us feel like vomiting Air conditioning was not working, making it extremely uncomfortable Dirty, unclean tables — not wiped, with leftovers and stains Overall, it felt like hygiene and cleanliness were not a priority at all The Food & Waiting Time: We ordered a Margherita Pizza, Garlic Bread, and Coke. Garlic Bread was dry and tasteless — more like plain bread without a trace of garlic or butter. Even after requesting improvement, it was returned worse — dry and overly salty. Coke was served warm, not even slightly chilled — extremely disappointing. The Pizza was just average, nowhere close to what you expect from a pizza brand. We waited over 30 minutes for this below-average meal. Honest Comparison: If someone gave me the choice between Joy’s Pizza and Pizza Hut, I would highly recommend Joy’s Pizza — they’re 10 on 10 in terms of hygiene, taste, and service. Pizza Hut today feels like just a name — the quality and standards have completely collapsed. To Pizza Hut Management: This is not an isolated issue. If you have people managing your outlets, either they are absent or simply not doing their jobs. Immediate changes are needed. Hire proper staff. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Ensure basic service quality and functioning equipment. If you're serious about improving customer experience, feel free to contact me. I can connect you with professionals who can run outlets properly. Until then, Pizza Hut is not recommended. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
