Had a really disappointing experience at Pizza Hut, Inorbit Mall, Malad. The staff here is shockingly unresponsive and outright rude. There’s zero sense of customer service or courtesy. It felt like they haven’t received any kind of basic training on how to deal with customers. No one bothered to take our order for a long time, and when they finally did, their attitude was indifferent at best. If you're expecting a decent dine-in experience, you're better off going elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. We've been waiting for over 20 minutes. To make matters worse, the waiters were completely unresponsive and lacked basic courtesy. They were serving other customers while repeatedly ignoring our table. The service was incredibly slow, and no one seemed interested in helping us. Very poor management and customer service. Definitely not the kind of experience one expects from a reputed brand like Pizza Hut. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
