Visited Pizza Hut near Divine High School, Chakala Andheri (E) with my nephew who was very excited to have pizza. Ordered Mecian Treat Signature Pizza thin crust which was of ₹675. Received order after 45 minutes and the pizza was completely burnt. Only 3 slices were with toppings of sweet corn, green capsicum. Red capsicum, jalapeños and black olives were missing and only had cheese which was burnt. Also ordered Masala Mirinda (Orange) which was served in a unclean plastic glass and it was actually orange juice with some soda and cheat masala. Had a pathetic experience, my nephew was very disappointed. We didn't ate and just walked out. Staff was trying to pacify by asking mobile number for feedback. So here is my feedback - Pizza Hut your quality is ruined, pathetic food and never ever to visit your outlet. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
