As expected the Pizza were very good. Served hot and fresh. The only problem was that one section of the restaurant was shut and the other seating plan was very badly planned. All tables were big and even if you were 2 people, you would get the big table. Also there were only 2 people in the restaurant serving, taking orders and cleaning. Everyone had to wait for their orders. Definitely needs to increase staff specially on weekends. Parking available next door. Place was nice. The limited staff which were there ensured we were happy. This was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’m absolutely furious. I ordered a pizza to go, and when I got home, I opened the box to find it completely burnt. Not just a little overcooked — I’m talking blackened crust, dry, bitter toppings, and cheese that looked like it had been torched. How anyone in the kitchen thought this was acceptable to hand over to a customer is beyond me. It’s insulting. I didn’t spend my money to throw a pizza in the trash, but that’s exactly where it ended up. Never ordering from here again. Avoid this place! The food taste was not bad, but the overall experience was pathetic. The Pepsi has a thin layer of oily thing floating coz the glasses weren’t washed properly. On pointing it out, the Pepsi was replaced, but it looked the same even after replacing it. The pizza pan doesn’t seem to be washed in years. It has all the grime on the edges. The AC was turned off, and did not switch it on irrespective of telling them 2-3 times. Finally i was told that the seniors aren’t listening. I had lost patience to even argue with the store manager.
