This outlet is spacious and well placed. However the tables and benches could be more clean and better stocked with napkins etc. The washrooms are not clean at all. The food is always good here. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Got our food 1 hour after ordering, and it wasn't a busy day. Then too, the full order wasn't delivered. Finally delivered after 1.5 hours of repeated requests and that too with the waitress/worker named Pratima Singh being rude and showing terrible attitude. The Pepsi/coke we ordered (5 glasses) each had oil floating on the surface and on complaining they gave us a jug for self service (insufficient to serve 5 glasses like we ordered). All this, after the payment was already done right when the order was placed. The place was also very dirty with extremely poor cleanliness and hygiene, in the restaurant and the loo.
