We have waited at order counter more than 15 min just to order pizza there is no one is available to accepting the order we stay in girgaon then to we love to have our pizza at your outlet rather than having at opera house. I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. The pizza arrived late quality was far below expectations. On top of that, the customer service was unhelpful when I called to report the issue. Honestly, I expected better from such a big brand. What made it worse was the poor customer service. When I called to complain, the staff was rude and completely unhelpful. They didn’t apologize or offer any solution. It felt like they didn’t care at all about customer satisfaction. For a brand like Pizza Hut, this kind of food quality and service is just not acceptable. Very disappointed. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
