I recently visited Pizza Hut and had an amazing experience! The staff was top-notch, particularly Mr. Kailash who was friendly and attentive. What really impressed me was the freshness of their pizzas - every bite was hot and delicious. The service was efficient and the overall ambiance was great. I visited Pizza Hut recently, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. On arrival, the AC wasn’t cooling properly—I felt quite warm and uncomfortable throughout my time there. The tables weren’t clean, and there were used dishes left around, which wasn’t a great first impression. I ordered a small Spiced Paneer Pizza, a small Corn n Cheese Pizza, Spicy Garlic Bread Supreme, and a Pepsi. Sadly, the food did not live up to expectations. The Pepsi didn’t taste like it usually does—something felt off. The Corn n Cheese Pizza had way too much sauce, which completely overpowered the flavor. The Spiced Paneer Pizza, ironically, lacked any spice at all—it was really bland. The Spicy Garlic Bread Supreme was honestly quite disappointing, with an odd taste and texture. but this entire experience really ruined the visit for me. I expected better from Pizza Hut, and I hope they improve both their service and food quality going forward. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
