I had a very pathetic experience not about food but about misguiding by the staff... I am not a frequent pizza eater. I had pizza from pizza hut few days back and I loved it .. with that positive impression I had visited pizza hut at mani square where I was looking for pizza of similar qualities that I had last time... I wanted to try something on chicken... Initially I went for sausage but the lady at the counter instead be to go with keema one. Me and my wife agree to have that... Paid the bill and waited for much awaited pizza... After ~25 mins I got a shout to pick my order and could see that 2 slices of Melts were given and there was no pizza... Upon seeing my bill I could see they have billed me for melts and not for Pizza... Since I cannot prove that I wanted to have pizza and not melts but cannot do so as I only paid... Though the taste was good but only had 2 slices... Now I have ordered food from KFC and awaiting .. This was a utter misguidece and awful feeling of being cheated....
