This restaurant with takeout food is good for those clients who like to have dinner in a hurry. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve good vegetable pizza, chicken supreme and pasta here. Guests don't like flija at Pizza Hut Seaport Airport Road Kakkanad, Kochi. A number of reviewers suppose that the staff is gracious at this place. The nice service demonstrates a high level of quality at this place. The exotic atmosphere is to be found here. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Good thing first...Pizza is top class, as usual. Can't expect less from Pizza Hut. So all good with the Pizza. Bad things next...This place is NOT the regular Pizza Hut you might expect. This is their DELIVERY TAKE-AWAY centre. I repeat..This is NOT a regular Pizza Hut dine-in place. Will tell you why... Torn-down place with darkest possible lighting. No AC until you order and sit down. Rusted and shabby furniture. You will be served pizza in a carton delivery box (Yes..you read it right). Small plastic plates (which are normally used for eating samosa etc) will be given for eating. No regular water. No drinks other than Pepsy (or some such). No side eats. By the end of your dinner you will feel like you just had nice Hut Pizza in a Thattukada. Like your whole evening is ruined. The lone staff there even told me that he has conveyed these things to his operations manager already. Why can't they just use this shabby little hole only for baking, packaging and dispatch? Why cheat customers? Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Pizzas

They kept onion along with its skin on the pizza. They mentioned that mushroom is added, but I couldn't fibd a single mushroom.Please take necessary actions

I placed an order through pizza hut app for delivery. My order took more than 2 hours to be delivered. The food arrived cold such that it couldn't be eaten. I contacted the customer care multiple times and they connected me to the store couple of times. It did not help. The store said it's not their fault as delivery is arranged by a different system and delivery boys are not readily available. Store asked me to contact customer care. Customer care said they can only highlight this issue and store needs to solve this. It was an utter pathetic experience. I have also wrote to [email protected]. Still no resolution on the issue I raised. Don't think pizza hut cares for their customer. Pizza delivered after 2 hours, cold, complaint raised and that's it who cares attitude by then and the store. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
