Terrible Service at Pizza Hut Sakchi! I placed an order (Order #19680793) on the Pizza Hut app, expecting it to be delivered to my location at 1:30 PM as promised. I even paid all delivery charges. However, I received a call from the Sakchi store saying they had no delivery person and asked me to pick it up myself. This is completely unacceptable! Since I was busy with office work, I sent my friend to collect the order at the designated delivery time, but the staff rudely refused to give it, saying the pizzas were not even prepared yet! How can an order not be ready at the time it was supposed to be delivered? This was meant to be a lunch meal for my friend, and Pizza Hut ruined the entire plan without offering any alternative or solution. This level of mismanagement and irresponsibility is shocking. If you cannot fulfill orders, don’t take them in the first place! Horrible experience. Never ordering from Pizza Hut Sakchi again. Service: 1
