I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. The Service/Billing Executive seemed absent-minded and unable to provide clear details on the billing — specifically, what costs were for which meal item. When I asked about the difference between what was shown in the advertisements and what was actually served, he appeared unsure and gave no proper explanation. The lack of clarity and professionalism made the entire experience unpleasant. And a brand like Pizzahut, who advertises Pepsi on all their posts and posters, doesn't serve Pepsi in reality which is unexpected.
