Worst pizza hut..they don't even know their operating hours. Over the counter the person said it may open by 12.30..this the worst pizza hut counter ever and in the whole country. So today we have visited Pizza Hut in Sarath City Capital Mall. Undoubtedly the food was yum, but the only thing I didn't like here was the service. I didn't understand why the plates provided here were wet with water? I didn't find it well. I had to wipe out the water and serve food. And coming to the other part, when I asked a woman working there to pack the leftover pizza, she just got me a box and kept it on the table and left. I was standing there clueless of is someone going to do it or I need to do it by myself. It's not like I don't want to pack for myself but atleast she could have had a small convo and atleast informed me to do it by myself. I tried to pack it but as I have always only opened the packaging of pizza was a little confused to pack it by myself. Again after a few trials I had to ask someone's help. I really didn't like the experience I had there. Atleast a little communication would have been happened. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
