They are straight up scammers. I had ordered a double cheese Margherita pizza for myself. I had requested them to add extra cheese and stuffed crustings for which they took extra cash from me. My total bill was almost double the original price but I was okay with it as long as they're providing quality. After coming back home and tasting that pizza I found out that there was no extra cheese and no stuffings in the crustings. Heck, it was even worse than the plain double cheese Margherita pizza. I paid double the price and still got a pizza worse than the original plain one. I want my money back. They are taking unfair advantage of people who do takeaways. They don't have any home delivery options. The shop is super small, they don't even have seprate space for the kitchen. There is always a smell in there due to the pizzas being cooked right next to you. This Pizza Hut is a confirmed scam 100%. 0/5 stars. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

"I recently visited Pizza Hut at M3M Urbana and had an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and attentive, our server was particularly great, made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food, oh the food! We ordered a couple of their signature pizzas and they did NOT disappoint. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were generous and flavorful. Loved the cheesy burst in every bite! Overall, great experience, would definitely recommend Pizza Hut M3M Urbana to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a lovely ambiance. Can't wait to go back!
