Giving it a one star cause zero isn't an option. One of the worst experiences of mine at a Pizza Hut. Reason: 1)Service: All the tables were dirty and when asked to clean took them 10 minutes to even come after repeated reminders. The joint is severely understaffed and is swamped with delivery riders and the customers are neglected. 2) Atmosphere: The restaurant was filled with mosquitoes and houseflies, we had to keep swatting with one hand and eat with the other. Place wasn't clean at all 3)Food: Due to the high pressure of delivery orders the staff kept forgetting our order and we had to keep on reminding them what we ordered. Even one of the items was missing ingredients cause of the haphazard management there This place should be turned into a cloud kitchen cause they clearly can't handle diners. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The location is really good. We ordered Margherita Pizza with Stuffed Crust Cheese Max and Masala Mirinda. Pizza and drink were excellent and the service guys were courteous too. The pizza was served in PAN itself. The only bad thing was that there were lots of mosquitoes flying around.
