Firstly, the beverages, including both the Pepsi and the Lemonade, were not adequately chilled. They were served at a temperature that made them unrefreshing and unenjoyable. Additionally, the quantity of the beverages appeared to be less than the usual serving size, which raised further concerns regarding the restaurant’s quality standards and portion control. Secondly, the food itself was highly unsatisfactory. The Thin Crust Pizza, which we specifically opted for, was overcooked to the point that it became extremely dry and difficult to chew. The French Fries, which are generally expected to be hot and crispy, were served cold and lacked freshness. Given that the restaurant was not experiencing a heavy rush at the time, it was perplexing to see such carelessness in food preparation and service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
