The staff SAPNA was very unattentive and was busy continuously on her phone .. she was not listening properly at all.. Didn't here us at first .. I guess it was intentionally.. Still we were so calm and composed .. Kindly talk to her about her indiscipline nature.. Food: 5 Atmosphere: 3
