It was my very first experience with them and they called me after just 10 min of placing my order and requesting me to place a order via Swiggy coz they don't have delivery partners for delivery. After I called them back but I didn't get any response from them and online customer service number is switched off. My order was cancelled after an hour and my refund has been stuck. Service: 1

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! "Worst experience ever" is an UNDERSTATEMENT! You've got TWO billing machines just SITTING THERE, collecting dust, while everyone funnels through ONE?! And the rest of your so-called "employees" are just wandering around like they're on some kind of joyride?! This isn't a charity, it's a business!
