WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH PIZZA HUT Absolutely disgusted with the kind of service this Pizza Hut outlet provides! I placed an order and they completely failed to deliver it. Tried calling multiple times — no answer, no update, and finally they switched off their phone! How can a branded outlet behave so irresponsibly and shamelessly? This is not just bad service — it’s pure negligence and cheating! To make things worse, another store guy promised to refund the money immediately, but it’s been hours and still no refund, no response, nothing! I’ve had enough of this nonsense. If Pizza Hut can’t ensure basic customer service, then stop fooling customers with false promises. I’m moving forward to file a formal complaint against this outlet and will make sure this issue is escalated to the higher authorities. SHAME ON THIS STORE! Highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and dishonest behaviour. Think twice before ordering from this outlet — they’ll take your money and vanish! Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Service: 1
