I have ordered the Ultimate Tandoori Pizza, which was just average in taste and quality. However, my main concern is with the Pepsi I received. It was mostly soda water and ice, with only a few drops of actual Pepsi. When I raised the issue, I was told this is the usual practice—which is incredibly disappointing. It was honestly the worst drink I’ve ever been served. I attempted to escalate the matter, but unfortunately, there was no one available to listen to my complaint. The person who served it mentioned that he was new and had been instructed to follow this process. Additionally, I had to ask for the bill, and even then, I had to wait for about 10 minutes before it was provided. This added to the frustration and reflected a lack of basic service efficiency. This was a very poor experience overall, and I hope Pizza Hut takes such feedback seriously to improve both product quality and customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very worst service, We have waited More than 15 mins to give order( even though we are the only customer at that time), after that they said wait for another 15 mins, because manager not in shop , after he reached shop only we can collect order from you, we came with our children, children were disappointed because we left the shop with having the pizza. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered piza via swiggy at 8.28pm and it was showing delivery time of 49 min. But even after 49 min the restaurant has not confirmed the order and when the delivery partner reached the spot they just cancelled the order at around 9.09 pm. If they can't accept the order why are they wasting peoples time .they could have cancelled at the time of ordering itself. Worst service ever Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
